The science of sport.
The care of a clinic.
Healthy n Fitter was founded on a simple frustration: gyms hand out workouts, clinics hand out diet charts, and nobody joins the two up. So the person doing the work is left holding two half-answers.

Meet Dt. Khadija
Khadija is a clinical nutritionist with a Masters in Sports Science from ISST and formal training in medical yoga — a combination you almost never find outside a hospital or a professional sports setup, let alone in a neighbourhood studio.
Over 7+ years of practice, she has worked with people healing long-standing gut and digestive issues, women managing PCOS after years of being told to “just eat less”, athletes chasing performance targets, new mothers rebuilding strength, and seniors who simply want to climb stairs without their knees complaining. Gut healing, PCOS/PCOD and weight management are the areas she is best known for.
That range is deliberate. It's also why the studio she built runs on four pillars — Move, Nourish, Restore and Sustain — rather than looking like a typical gym: strength and Mudgar training, clinical nutrition, medical yoga and Pilates, ladies-only batches, and sessions adapted for medical conditions, all under one roof.
“A balanced diet of freshly cooked home meals is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle.”
She still personally oversees every member's programme. As the studio grows that gets harder, and she has been clear that it's the last thing she'd give up.
Four things we won't compromise on
Assessment before advice
Nobody gets a plan before someone has understood their body, their history and their goal. That first conversation is the most important one we have.
Home food over supplements
Khadija's plans are built on freshly cooked home meals, not imported powders. It's why results tend to survive after the plan finishes.
Everybody belongs here
Seniors, complete beginners, people managing a medical condition, women who want a private space, children. The room adapts to the person.
Consistency over intensity
The best programme is the one you'll actually keep doing. We'd rather build a habit that lasts a decade than a six-week burst you dread.
Try a class before you decide anything
Come in, take a session, meet the coaches and see the space. If it isn't for you, that's completely fine — no follow-up sales call.
